Ok, it's down to a tiny circle now. The one in his axillary area (armpit) is really tiny, like a line shaped abrasion. I was surprised that it healed so fast considering the fact that he moves so much in this area and he's always putting tension on it. One of the vets who peeked in was set on surgery as the ONLY solution especially in the armpit - with 2 times a day hydroytherapy and antibiotics, I think the healing open option was the correct approach to take.
